Cupcake B. Goody is one of the two main characters in Cupcake & Dino: General Services. He is the enemy of Peetree Gluck and, is the older brother of Dinosaur Carol Goody as mentioned in the episode Switched at Birth and they are most likely kids or early teens because they have been referred to as kids in the show and the episodes description says Dino acts like an adult which may or may not prove it as well as the nephew of Uncle Chance and grandson of Grandma Steak.
Cupcake values popularity, he would do whatever he can to increase their profile at general services, raising competition against Peetree. His "thirst" for victory is above all, no matter what type of contest it is. Cupcake also does not favor the fact that he is called as a cutesie wootsy bundle of joy, unlike his other fellow cupcakes. However, he does think that he is cute, but he just doesn't like being called it. He evaluates himself as a macho type of person.
Cupcake has a lot of phobias in general, and some of them fall into this practically by default. Two known ones are bicycles and anchovies. Cupcake's fear of Santa Claus appears to be this, but it's revealed eventually that this one has a rather rational basis - when Cupcake was younger, he tried to wait up all night for Santa. However, he fell asleep, and Santa thought Cupcake was just a non-sentient foodstuff... and tried to eat Cupcake.

- Cupcake hates being called a muffin.
- He doesn't always understand slang. For example, when Sharkleen said the word "vacay", he would end it with "tion".
- His head/icing can come off of his body/cake. This does not appear to cause him any harm, though it is mildly annoying to him.
